Shipping Information

Shipping rates vary by country and by service used. Whilst you shop they are shown in the minicart at the top of the screen as an indication of costs. Final shipping costs are decided at the store's checkout.

We will dispatch your order within ten working days of it being submitted wherever possible. If we are unable to complete your order within this timescale you will be notified by email.

Returns

We appreciate that the nature of buying goods over the Internet means that sometimes they will be returned. We do not have a problem with this and we will make it a easy as possible for you to get another item or a refund. Please note we will not refund shipping costs, however, if your product is faulty or incorrect teefly.com will refund the cost of postage. Replacements will be sent by standard post at our cost and may take up to 3 weeks to be despatched.

Items must be returned in re-sellable condition with tags still attached within 7 days of receipt. We will not accept any goods back after they have been washed unless they are faulty.

When returning goods you are advised to use recorded delivery - teefly.com cannot be held responsible for returned items that go missing in the post and no exchanges or refunds will be issued until the goods have been delivered to our warehouse.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that is damaged or that has not been treated in accordance with the previously stated policies.

Legal statements on returns

Returning any item within 28 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or part of your order). Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 28 days post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the goods, teefly.com will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

The contract in respect of sale of goods between teefly.com and you requires that you return the goods to teefly.com on cancellation. The costs of returning goods to teefly.com are borne by you. teefly.com can arrange for delivery of products to you if required; this constitutes a separate contract between you and teefly.com. In this case, a charge will be made by teefly.com for packing, handling and delivery of goods.

Your statutory rights continue in force.

All "Sale" goods sales are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
